Tex-Mex Mexican Beef Bake
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine tortilla chips, egg and water; press into 9 inch pie plate or casserole. Bake 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine onion soup mix, chilies, ground beef and 1/2 cup cheese; evenly press into prepared crust. Top with tomato sauce and green pepper and bake 30 minutes.
3. Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and beef is done.
