1. Rub chili powder into steak strips and refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight. Salt and pepper steaks to taste. Heat oiled skillet to medium high. Sprinkle lime juice on steak and cook, turning once, until medium rare, or 8 minutes. Set skillet aside for juices to settle (5 to 10 minutes). Arrange strips in the center of each tortilla. Fold and serve with optional toppings.
