Flour Tortillas with Crab Meat Appetizer

2 Light or Fat Free Flour Tortillas6 oz. Alaskan Crab meat1/2 cup diced Red Bell Pepper3 Tbsp. reduced calorie Mayonnaise2 Tbsp. Italian Parsley2 Tbsp. chopped Chives1 Tbsp. fresh Lime Juice1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese4 drops Tabasco Sauce


1. Cut tortillas into 6 wedges each and spray both sides lightly with cooking spray. Place pieces on an ungreased baking pan and bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.

2. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Spread a rounded tablespoon of crab mixture on each tortilla wedge; place wedges on an ungreased baking pan. Broil for 5 minutes until lightly brown. Serve immediately.
