I've been comparing the different brands of Spanish cards to help inform my research for buyers. Don Clemente is a producer of the popular Loteria bingo-style game from Mexico, and a legitimate brand, rather than the off-brand of many generic decks seen online. Still, I did not feel that these cards were of the highest quality I have seen for the price. It would make sense for a person in Mexico to get their money's worth if they were to purchase them locally, as they would be much cheaper and not as expensive as they are on import sites. Many of the quirks and defects reported on other sites selling them are absolutely true, to some degree or another. I struggled to pull these cards out of their plastic case because the shell was malformed. It required a portion of it to be broken. The cards were intact, but the reports that they were not always perfectly cut around the edges is sometimes true as well. The artwork for them has their own original design and is not plaigiarized from other manufacturers, and like many good decks, looks nice. They're good enough for playing. However, these feel more like paper and not the sturdier plastic-coated designs you find in higher quality decks. They will definitely wear out rather quickly. They are not as good as even the much cheaper Don Manolo decks which I have defended in the past.
