6 medium Tomatoes diced1 medium Onion diced1/4 cup fresh Cilantro chopped1 to 2 Serrano Chiles seeded and minced1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 tsp. saltTortilla Chips

Directions

1. Stir together all ingredients and chill. 2. Use Tortilla Chips for dipping.

This is a good recipe as it is. However, to put it over the top it needs garlic and lime juice.

I love this simple recipe; even simpler if you buy diced tomatoes in a can. I like to take it for a buzz or two in the food processor to make it nice and smooth.

With this excellent salsa I add one can of rinsed black beans and one can of whole corn. This is a hit for chips or as a salad.
