Bufalo Jalapeno Hot Sauce 5 oz - Salsa Picante Bufalo con Jalapenos

Bufalo Mexican Hot sauce made with jalapenos and spices. Mexico's favorite hot sauce. Buffalo Hot Sauce.

Buffalo Wings

2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1 cup Bufalo Jalapeno Hot Sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
Blue cheese salad dressing
Celery sticks

Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into two parts. Rinse well and part dry. Place wings, 3/4 cup Bufalo Hot Sauce and lime juice into large plastic food storage bag. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 F.
On foil lined baking pan, place wings in a single layer. Bake 20 minutes. Drain fat from the wings. Trun oven to broil. Return wings to oven and place under broiler, 4-6 inches from heat source. Broil 10-15 additional minutes, turning twice and brushin with remaining hot sauce, until wings are tender and no longer pink. Serve with salad dressing and celery sticks on the side.

Salsa picante Bufalo con chiles jalapenos y especias.

2 1/2 libras de alitas de pollo
1 taza de salsa picante jalapeno Bufalo, dividida 3/4 y 1/4
1/4 taza de jugo de limón
Aderezo de queso Roquefort
Palitos de apio

Corte y deseche las puntas de las alitas. Corte cada alita en dos partes. Enjuáguelas bien y séquelas con una toalla de papel. Ponga las alitas, 3/4 de taza de salsa picante Bufalo y el jugo de limón en una bolsa grande de plástico para guardar comida. Guarde la bolsa en el refrigerador o nevera y déjese marinar durante al menos una hora. Precaliente el horno a 400 grados F. En un recipiente forrado con papel de aluminio, ponga las alitas en una sola capa. Hornee durante 20 minutos. Cuele la grasa de las alitas. Prepare el horno para dorar. Vuelva a meter las alitas y póngalas a dorar, a una distancia de 4 a 6 pulgadas de donde proviene el calor. Áselas de 10 a 15 minutos adicionales, dándoles la vuelta dos veces y untándolas con la salsa picante sobrante, hasta que las alitas estén tiernas y bien cocinadas. Sírvalas con el aderezo y palitos de apio al lado.

I love my BUFALO HOT JALAPEÑO HOT SAUCE .. I eat it with everything . I carry a bottle in my purse .
I use my hot sauce as normal people would use SALT .. A bowl of beans or what ever . BEST STUFF .,
All though I buy it for .89 cents a bottle at my local store ..

Tasty and not too hot!
I like hot sauce, so long as it's not too hot! I decided to try this hot sauce and it was very good. I used it just the other day with some Hormel Tamales I ordered from this site and I also ate it with some Beef Vegetable soup & with some Chicken Vegetable soup too. I can't wait to try it on baked chicken wings! There's the good Jalapeno taste and spices and enough kick to it so I know I'm eating hot sauce, and like I say it's not too hot. I Will order again, and try the other Bufalo hot sauces as well on this site.

Pretty good - - - not quite as good as the Bufalo Jalapeno Mexican Hot Sauce (13.8 oz) (the BEST!!!!), which is not the same recipe. Take care what you order - the "NON-salsa rojo" is FAR superior - we think its the best of any hot sauce available. (but the salsa rojo is pretty good)
