After trying any number of different brands and styles of chorizo, this one was recommended by my grandson's wife who shared a couple of links given to her by her mother in California. This was the chorizo I was looking for; unfortunately I live in the mid-west and no one locally carries El Mexicano products so I had to order it from California.

After trying any number of different brands and styles of chorizo, this one was recommended by my grandson's wife who shared a couple of links given to her by her mother in California.
