Generally traditional Comales or Skillets are made of clay, flat and big and are mostly used to cook hand made tortillas. The metal comales tend to be bigger than the ceramic ones. We are talking about the stainless steel concave comal, with a depression in the center that is used to hold oil or butter to fry different types of food, use it to toast tortillas, heating and cooking a wide variety of your favorite foods and searing juices in meat. The Stainless steel concave comal is a very popular cooking utensil used among food vendors on the streets and in restaurants all over Mexico. It will be a great addition to your home or restaurant. Comal Pozo is Stainless steel which means it won't rust or corrode when exposed to the elements. Its water, air and moisture resistant. Use it on your stove top, in the oven, anywhere!

I have loved this salsa for years. I like being able to strain this salsa before adding to things like tacos. Many other brands won’t strain and are then too wet.
It is the original Medium recipe I remember growing up in SoCalif. I live on Cape Cod now and finding this was amazing. And the packaging is intentional, well wrapped, safe (as in no damage). I just need to remember to order the max for shipping costs are a little high. But very reliable and well worth it!
