I eat these straight up for a quick pick me up. I guess you could put them on fruit and veggies or even in drinks, that would be the smart thing to do. It's sour with a kick of spice to wake you up in the morning.

I Love these but they are a bit too spicy for me so I eat them rarely. They have a wonderful flavor, and mix if you like Spicy & Sweet you will LOVE these!
