Roland Extra Strong Dijon Mustard is packed under French government supervision. It is produced from ground black mustard seeds which give it a deep, dark yellow color. The flavor is distinctly European and the texture is smooth with no grittiness. Ideal for salad dressing and sauces it can also be used on a leg of lamb before roasting, added to chicken or egg salads and perfect for when you want to add a gourmet touch to hotdog or hamburgers.

I'm so glad MexGrocer has this product. It is so versatile. I use it in salad dressing, on rack of lamb, on sandwiches...Don't know what I would do without it!

Our first experience with this mustar was at Biba's Italioan restaurant in Sacramento. I asked the waiter what kind of mustard it was. He took the time to go to the kitchen to find out. After I got the name from him I googled it and found out you had it and ordered it on the spot. I was sent the wine grainy mustard in error and called your customer service. I was told that they would send me the right one and to just keep the first one or give it away. I did not like that one so I gave it to my daughter in law and she loved it!

I have been looking for a long time for the kind of Dijon mustard I have been served in Paris. The Dijon mustard in Paris is hotter than any mustard in Us retail markets . Recently in a terrific little Bistro in my neighborhood (Le P'tit Laurent Chenery St , Glen Parc San Francisco ) I was served a dish with this mustard . I was delighted and the Chef told me the Company who sells it .

I LOVE this mustard. It's smooth, creamy and is strong and spicy in flavor, but that's a big plus for ME. And, If it tastes as good on Turkey Burger sandwiches as it did on mine, I'm sure it will taste just as delicious on other types of sandwich meats and cooked/baked types of meats (Roast Beef, Turkey/Chicken breasts, hot dogs) as well, and I'm sure when used to make Deviled Eggs too. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Well, you shouldn't be!

- Creamy and Smooth. Love the consistency!
- Spicy and slightly hot flavor but not TOO spicy or hot.
- Tastes great on different types of meat sandwiches such as Turkey/Chicken Breast, Roast Beef, and Hot Dogs too I bet, and I'm sure it will be fantastic when used to make Deviled Eggs.
