Hot and comforTINGLY good ( if you can stand hot)

Mole Coloradito is the hottest mole I've tasted yet, a little heavy on the clove spice and very good if you can stand hot. Having said that , yes there are several different moles throughout Mexico ,Mole
Poblano (from Puebla), Mole Negro Oaxaqueno (from Oaxaca), Mole Veracruzano (from Veracruz) I have had the three at the source (I'm sure there are more varieties) . They are ALL excellent examples of mexican cuisine, even though each state claims to have the best recipe ; ) To begin with each one is made with a variety of ingredients proper to the agricultural zone therefore the end result will be different. Enjoy and let your palate be the judge.

This mole is delicious. Tastes just like the one my aunt makes. All the hard work is taken out. Much better than the Doña Maria mole.
