Oval shape; total length of whole medal 1 inch, width 5/8 inch. Muted colors, not as vibrant as shown but exactly same size of facial features, roses, etc. Very thin gold color hoop as shown attached to sturdy eye of medal. On back of medal are raised thick Greek symbols in a pattern; alpha, omega, rho, chi.
