Under the weather remedy

When not feeling up to par, there's the Jewish remedy, chicken soup, and then there's the Mexican remedy, Menudo. Just add diced onions, diced roasted green chiles, heat and add cubed corn tortillas. You'll feel bueno in no time.

I have purchased both the regular Juanita's Menudo, and Menudito. The Menudito, to me is the better! Love it, especially after adding onion, lemon and a little oregano and dunking some type of bun, preferably, bolillos, or French bread. YUMMY!
