I always keep a supply of Molina Mexican Vanilla Blend on hand. It is great in baking, and I use a generous
splash in my mug of coffee every morning. Also, I like having extra to share with friends who I think will like
it too.

We love this vanilla more than extract because it is never bitter like vanilla extract can be. It doesn't matter how much you use, it is always delicious. My family especially likes it in homemade icecream. I order it by the 6 pack and always have extra bottles in the pantry. My friends love the gifts of Mexican Vanilla. I have been using Molina's vanilla for at least 30 years. I lived in Tucson Arizona and used to go across the border to Nogales, Son. and get bottles of it. Now its nice to be able to order it from you and get it in just a few days.

I found this vanilla when a friend gave me a gift bottle when she visited Mexico. I love the flavor! I use it in cakes, pancakes, cookies, muffins and sweet breads and when I was getting low in supply, I was worried that I could not find any more. I grew up with Molina, so for me it is the classic vanilla flavor I expect when I bite into a chocolate chip cookie or scoop into icecream. It's fun to experiment with pricy bourbon and madigascar vanillas, but I keep coming back to Molina.
