Risotto - Roland Risotto with Saffron 5.8 oz
Roland® Risotto is an authentic natural arborio rice mix, with no artificial ingredients, imported from Italy. With Roland® Risotto, it is easy to achieve the "al dente" texture, which is the mark of a true Italian risotto. this risotto has added saffron, which imparts a lovely color and fragrance.

Preparation: Roland® Risotto is made by combining the contents of the package with two cups of cold water (approximately a two to one ratio water/rice). Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Stir occasionally for about 18 minutes; or, microwave for 10 minutes, stir, and then microwave for 8 minutes more.
