Roland Grapefruit Segments are peeled, seeded and packed in light syrup for a balanced flavor. The grape fruit segments have a white/pale yellow color. The texture is slightly firm but not tough. They can be used in fruit cups, fruit salads, as a garnish for pork and chicken dishes and also in desserts. Roland Grapefruit segments can be used right out of the can, chilled or used hot.
