Ingredients
2 pounds White turkey meat1/2 cup Salsa fresca2 cloves Garlic, minced2 tsp Ground cuminBottled hot sauce to tasteSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bake turkey in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cool. Using two forks, shred the turkey. In a medium sized bowl, mix shredded turkey with salsa, garlic, cumin, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Serve.Hint: These are best served with fried tortillas.
