Ham and Cheese with Chipotle Pinwheels with Chipotle

4 Flour Tortillas4 Ham slices4 oz. Cream Cheese4 Tbsp. chopped Cilantro2 Tbsp. chopped Onion2 canned Chipotle Chiles chopped1/4 large Red Bell Pepper sliced into strips1/4 large Green Bell Pepper sliced into strips

Directions

1. Mix the cream cheese with the cilantro, onion and chipotle chile. Place a slice of ham on each tortilla and spread cream cheese over it, place green and red bell pepper slices on top and roll up tightly. Cut each roll into four parts.
