RECIPE FOR “CHAMPURRADO”

Yields approx. 24 cups.
Ingredients:
1 Gallon of Milk (whole)
4 round tablets or 3 marqueta tablets of Mexican Abuelita Chocolate
1 Stick of cinnamon
1 cup of Cane Mexican sugar or light brown.
2 ˝ cups of Maseca Traditional Maseca Corn Flour
4 ˝ cups of water
Instructions:
Pour into a large pot, milk, chocolate and cinnamon, to a boil, stirring constantly until the chocolate is being dissolved. Keep the cinnamon complete.
Add the sugar to the mixture, stirring from time to time.
In a blender, mix Maseca corn flour with the water until comes to a thick liquid mix.
Mix Maseca and water mix with the milk, chocolate, cinnamon and sugar mix, to a boil, stirring until obtain a consistent mixture. SERVE HOT AND ENJOYED.

RECETA PARA “CHAMPURRADO” DE MASECA
Rinde appprox. 24 tazas
Ingredientes:
1 Galon de leche entera
4 tablillas redondas de chocolate Mexicano o 3 marquetas Abuelita
1 pieza de canela entera
1 taza de azucar refinada o morena
2 ˝ tazas de harina de maiz Maseca Tradicional Harina de Maiz Maseca
4 ˝ tazas de agua
Preparación:
Poner en una holla grande, la leche, chocolate y canela, hasta que hierva y el chocolate se disuelva, revolviendo constantemente.
Adhiera el azucar, revolviendo constantemente. En una licuadora mezcle Maseca con el agua hasta obtener un liquido un poco grueso.
Mezcle las dos mezclas hasta punto de herbir, revolviendo constantemente. SIRVALO CALIENTE Y DISFRUTELO.
