Great for chicken marinade

I dissolve a teaspoon of the achiote in eight ounces of meican tomato sauce in the blender. I also add 1/4 cup of water. pour this over chicken with sliced onions and bell peppers. I cook it all ina clap pot. Very delicious. Haven't made a marinade with orange juice yet. Not disappointed with this product.
Pros:Easy to use.
Cons:You HAVE to dissolve it in liquid before adding to any dish to marinade and cook.
