Cooking instructions:
To cook Amaranth, bring 1 1/3 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add 1 cup of rinsed Amaranth and reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes, until all the water is absorbed. Keep stirring to prevent sticking. Let the covered Amaranth stand for 2-3 minutes. Make sure to fluff before serving. Tip:
For extra flavor, substitute water with either stock or milk.

Modo de preparacion:
