Roland Whole-Wheat Couscous is made from whole wheat and water, mixed to form a paste, then rolled back and forth until pellets are formed. The edges are slightly irregular and the color is a light brown. This nutty flavored product is light and fluffy and makes an excellent side or main dish. Whole-wheat couscous adds nutrients since the bran layer is not removed as it is in regular couscous. It is prepared in the same manner as our regular couscous.
