Our family loves paella, but when we do not have a crowd for holidays, my husband and I can enjoy just the right amount of paella, when we use this mix, and still have some leftovers for lunch when our grown son drops in from work. It is so easy to add more of our favorite ingredients that I can imagine many more additions when we have another couple for dinner guests.Pros:
