The best for Chili

I find these chilies make the best chili sauce base for Chili (Texacan, California, etc). Slow cooked and maserated, it makes a smooth flavorfull Chili base. You can then add whatever ingredients you like to make your own Chili. These pods are so much better than anything you get out of a can and has a fuller, richer flavor than other chili pods. California chilies, although mild, tend to be too thin and don't give the same results as the Pasilla chilli. Also Pasilla chilies tend to be hard to find in Florida.I would recommend this item to a friend.
