Spicy, but just right

If you like Cotija, you are going to like Cotija Enchilado even better! It's got shilli pepers and other spices, but isn't to hot. It also adds color to your dishes, making them look attractive and opening your appetite. Sometimes I use it to garnish a dish, but I also use it for stuffing chiles rellenos. It tastes great!
