Now this is a superior olive oil. It's charm is the lighter taste and less acid. That let's the flavor of the olive crush come through. I have been partial to EVOO from Spain. But this product is really good and lightly beautiful on the palate. Expensive, yes! But then you get what you pay for. Use in a salad without anything other than Telleberry peppercorns and Maldon Sea Salt. Hurray for Baja California!Pros:
