1-1/4 cups fat free Refried Beans
1/2 cup Mission® Salsa
1/2 tsp. Chile Powder
4 Mission® Fat Free Flour Tortillas
1 cup Lettuce shredded
1/2 cup fat free shredded Mexican Cheese
1/2 cup Tomatoes chopped
1 Tbsp. Green Chiles chopped
Recipe Instructions:
1. Combine beans, salsa and chile powder in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 4-5 minutes until beans are heated through.
2. Spoon 1/4 cup bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and chopped green chiles; roll tortillas up and serve with additional salsa.
