La Costena Mole (9 oz)
Mole is one of the most representative dishes of Mexico, especially for major celebrations. Ninety nine percent of Mexicans have tried at least one type of mole. The dish enjoys its greatest popularity in central and southern Mexico, but simpler versions of mole poblano did make their way north. However, northern versions are far less complex and generally used to make enchiladas.
Ingredients: ancho peppers, vegetable oil, toasted bread, sugar chocolate, sesame seeds, salt, spices, contains wheat and soybean.

I have used this product for many family gatherings. La Costena has a hint of sweet flavor. being mexican American myself i never could master mole. i love it when family members say "hey mmm that mole is good can i have your recipe."

If you like red mole then this is the real deal, have tried others, nothing even close.
