2 cups Red chili sauce 12 Corn tortillas 1 1/2 cups Shredded Longhorn Cheese 1 Onion, chopped Lettuce,shredded 2 Tomatoes, chopped 4 Green Onions, chopped Sour Cream Salsa
Heat chile sauce thoroughly in a saucepan. Dip tortilla in sauce and lay flat on oven-proof platter or cookie sheet. Ladle 1 tablespoon of sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese and chopped onion. Repeat this process to form a stack of three for each serving. Bake in 350° oven for 10 minutes. Remove to serving dish and garnish with lettuce, tomato and green onions. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
