1. Brown ground beef, season with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and chili powder, pinch of garlic powder, cumin and black pepper. On a cookie sheet, place a single layer of tortilla chips. Top with a thin slice of cheese. Add one teaspoon of prepared ground beef and jalapeño. 2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 5-10 minutes or until topping is hot and cheese is bubbly. 3. Remove and top each snack with a teaspoon of cold guacamole. Serve immediately.
