Recipe Instructions: Shell and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. dredge the shrimp with the flour and shake off the excess.Mix thoroughly the eggs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, milk and hot pepper. Dip the shrimp in this mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. Place the coated shrimp in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before cooking.Heat oil to aproximately 375 degrees in a deep-fat fryer or in a deep, heavy skillet or dutch oven. Fry the shrimp, until golden, in 3 batches. Drain them on paper towels and place on serving plates.Cook the garlic in the olive oil over medium-high heat until it just begins to turn golden.(If the garlic browns it will have a bitter taste.)Serve with rice or French fries and lime wedges.
