750 grs. fresh shrimps, plucked 1 Kg. tomatoes and cascabel peppers 3 chayotes grandes 3 cups water 1 onion, medium size 1 garlic clove 3 tablespoons vegetal oil 1 epazote sprig salt
Put the cascabel peppers on hot oil, then strain them with the tomato (plucked and without seeds), the onion and the garlic.Fry the strained mixture and add water to it. Add the fresh chayotes (plucked and sliced or cutted on squared), and the epazote sprig, finally seson with salt.As soon as the chayotes are done, add the shrimps as well as water if necessary. The sauce must be thick.
