250 grs. of dogfish 12 thin tortillas chopped epazote teaspoon thin chopped onion tablespoon lard salt
Take the salt off the fish, clean it well and cook in water with salt.Crumble the fish, then fry with the lard, the chopped onion and the epazote. Cook with a thin flame continiously removing until gets dry but not golden.Warm the tortillas and serve hot.
