250 grs. of dogfish
12 thin tortillas
½ chopped epazote teaspoon
½ thin chopped onion
tablespoon
lard
salt
Recipe Instructions:
Take the salt off the fish, clean it well and cook in water with salt.Crumble the fish, then fry with the lard, the chopped onion and the epazote. Cook with a thin flame continiously removing until gets dry but not golden.Warm the tortillas and serve hot.
