6 Mission® Fajita Size Flour Tortillas 2 cups Apple Pie Filling (21 oz. can) 1/3 cup Raisins 1/4 cup Sugar 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg 1/3 cup Low Fat Granola Vegetable Cooking Spray
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the apple pie filling and raisins. 2. Place tortillas on work surface and spoon about 1/3 cup apple filling onto one half, leaving a 1/2 inch edge. Brush edge with water and fold in half. Firmly crimp tortilla edge with fork, flip over and crimp other side. 3. Place turnover on a sheet pan and lightly spray tops with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle sugar mixture over turnovers. Top each turnover with a heaping teaspoon of granola. 4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
