Recipe Ingredients:

2 pounds White turkey meat
1/2 cup Salsa fresca
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Ground cumin
Bottled hot sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions:

Bake turkey in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cool. Using two forks, shred the turkey. In a medium sized bowl, mix shredded turkey with salsa, garlic, cumin, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Serve.Hint: These are best served with fried tortillas.
