| Recipe Ingredients: 1/3 c. Maggi Seasoning Sauce 1 tsp. Maggi granulated chicken stock 1 lb. beef liver 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lg. onion,halved and thinly sliced Green chile salsa (optional) Cooked rice (optional) |  | |
| Recipe Instructions: Combine seasoning sauce and chicken stock in medium bowl. Add liver, stiir to coat. Cover, chill, stirring,ocasionally,for 30 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, cook, stirring, frequently, for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden. Place liver over onions, cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center. Serve with salsa and rice. (higados encebollados)
