Combine beef, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, eggs, onion, seasoning sauce, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, chicken stock and garlic in large bowl.Place remaining bread crumbs on plate. Roll 1/3 cup meat mixture into a ball; flatten. Place patties in bread crumbs, turning to coat. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in large skillet over medium high heat; add patties. Cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown on outside and no longer pink in center. Served with salsa.
