I love this spoon. It's so strong and durable. You can leave it in the cooking pan and not have to worry about it melting. It also has a beautiful finish and is very easy to wash.

My Abuelit use to cook with one of these and she passed it down to me. I was devastated to loose it in one of my moves. I know its not Abuelita's but it's the next best thing. I keep it on the counter to remind me of my Abuela and I use it often. I cook with cast iron and this cuchara is perfect for that style of cooking.
