
Bijol is the best! I'm the only Cuban I know in this part of IN. Unless I drive into downtown Chicago, I can't find Bijol. Now I have to order it for friends who want to know the "secret" to the color of my Gambas al Ajillo, or Arroz con Pollo. I've taught my children to make their favorites whenever possible, and they always look for the Bijol, they insist it doesn't taste the same without it.
