6 cups Maseca for Tamales 3 cans Chicken broth 1 cup Maizete corn oil 2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Baking Powder 2 cans Chilorio
With an electric mixer,blend the Maseca,Maizete corn oil,salt,baking powder and the chicken broth to obtain a consistent mixture.Heat the chilorio and drain the excess fat.Add the chilorio to the mixture. Keep on blending to obtain a consistent mixture.Pour mixture evenly into 4-inch wide muffin molds.Bake for 20 minutes at 350* F.
