| Recipe Instructions: With an electric mixer, blend the Maseca,Maizete corn oil,,salt,baking powder and the chicken broth to obtain a consistent mixture.Shred the chicken and marinate in the green tomatillo sauce.Add the marinated chicken to the mixture and keep blending to obtain a consistent mixture.Pour mixture evenly into 4-inch wide muffin molds.Bake for 20 minutes at 350* F.
