Good for Atole' de arroz

My mom makes Atole' de arroz (rice porridge that's milk based and then sweetened with sugar or sweetened condensed milk) with la lechera for my dad on special occasions. My dad says it's like how he would enjoy it back in mexico when he was younger. Overall it's good for any baking you might want to do.
Pros:Good for cooking and baking.
