Good for Atole' de arroz

My mom makes Atole' de arroz (rice porridge that's milk based and then sweetened with sugar or sweetened condensed milk) with la lechera for my dad on special occasions. My dad says it's like how he would enjoy it back in mexico when he was younger. Overall it's good for any baking you might want to do.

I just made a great dessert with the Dulce de Leche. I filled phyllo cups with it then topped with whipped cream and sprinkled crush heath bar on top. It was a huge hit. I had no idea how good this stuff was! I'll definitely be buying it regularly
