Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Mission® Corn Tortillas,br>
Oil for frying
1 lb. Spinach leafed and rinsed
1/2 lb. Mushrooms thinly sliced
1/4 Onion chopped
3 Garlic Cloves diced
1/3 cup White Vinegar
1 1/4 cup Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Mustard
4 Toothpicks
Salt and Pepper to taste |  |

Recipe Instructions:
1. Make a cone shape with the tortilla and hold it with a toothpick. Fry in enough oil until golden brown, then fill with spinach and mushrooms.
2. In a separate bowl add vinegar, and mustard, mix together and slowly add the olive oil; season to taste. Then add the onion and garlic. Finally, drizzle each cone with this delicious sauce.
