Ingredients

4 Corn TortillasOil for frying1 lb. Spinach leafed and rinsed1/2 lb. Mushrooms thinly sliced1/4 Onion chopped3 Garlic Cloves diced1/3 cup White Vinegar1 1/4 cup Olive Oil3 Tbsp. Mustard4 ToothpicksSalt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Make a cone shape with the tortilla and hold it with a toothpick. Fry in enough oil until golden brown, then fill with spinach and mushrooms.

2. In a separate bowl add vinegar, and mustard, mix together and slowly add the olive oil; season to taste. Then add the onion and garlic. Finally, drizzle each cone with this delicious sauce.
