1. Put cheese, tomato, onion and cilantro on a tortilla. Cover with another tortilla. Place in a frying pan and heat until cheese melts. Remove from heat and add alfalfa and avocado to the inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and accompany them with the salsa of your choice.
