3/4 cup Whole Milk 3 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded 8 oz. Farmer John® Smoked Sausage (Hot Louisiana or Jalapeño Peppers Smoked Sausage) 1 12 oz. Bag Mission® Tortilla Chips 3/4 cup Tomato Salsa 3/4 cup Refried Pinto Beans warmed 1/2 cup Sour Cream 1/2 cup Guacamole 1/4 cup Green Onions thinly sliced 2 Tbsp. chopped Black Olives
1. Heat milk in saucepan over medium high heat, for about 4 minutes. Add cheese and stir vigorously until blended. Remove from heat and set aside until ready to use. 2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Place sausage and heat until nicely browned. Place on cutting surface and diagonally slice into 1/4 inch slices. 3. Place tortilla chips on two large serving platters. Distribute warm cheese sauce, sausage, salsa, and beans on chips. Top with sour cream and guacamole. Sprinkle with olives and green onions. Serve.
