2 cups Mission® Tortilla Chips crushed 1 Egg beaten 2 Tbsp. Water 1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix 4 oz. can drained Green Chiles chopped 1 lb. lean Ground Beef 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce 1 medium Green Bell Pepper chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine tortilla chips, egg and water; press into 9 inch pie plate or casserole. Bake 10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine onion soup mix, chilies, ground beef and 1/2 cup cheese; evenly press into prepared crust. Top with tomato sauce and green pepper and bake 30 minutes. 3. Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and beef is done.
