there were eight in my VERY large can. I expected maybe 12 to 14....glad I ordered two cans! very big peppers though and very little cleaning involved. Would buy again.I would recommend this item to a friend.

The chili has a great taste but the charred skin is still on the biggest part of the chilies and makes the need to clean and rinse them. They are also very loosely packed with room for many more chilies but is only about 65% full when the liquid is poured of. I will not be buying these again.Pros:
