8 flour tortillas16 oz. pkg. fat-free cream cheese1 can tomatoes with chilies, drained4 green onions, finely choppedSalsa, as desired

1. Mix the cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes with chilies, and green onions to make a paste. You may need a little of the juice drained from the Rotel, so reserve it just in case.
2. Spread the mixture about 1/4 inch thick on tortillas. Roll and refrigerate for about an hour before slicing. Slice into 4-6 pinwheels. Serve with salsa for dipping.
