1-1/2 lbs. ground Turkey 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz) Lawry's® Taco Seasoning Mix 1/2 cup Water 2 cups Sour Cream 8 Mission® 8-inch Flour Tortillas 1 cup Mission® Salsa
1. Brown ground turkey; drain off fat. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup of the sour cream. 2. Place 1/3 cup of turkey mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up to enclose filling. 3. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray or 1 Tbsp. oil. Brown 4 chimichanga on both sides. Repeat with additional cooking spray and remaining chimichangas. Serve with remaining sour cream and salsa.
