Black Pepper 3 cloves Garlic minced 1 Bell Pepper sliced 1 medium Onion sliced Garnish: Pace® Salsa, Sour Cream, Avocado slices
1. Mix all ingredients together. Marinate meat in mixture overnight. Grill bell pepper, onion and meat, basting with marinade. Cut meat in strips. Place meat and vegetables in tortillas and top with optional garnishes as desired.
